These settings are for setting up your wireless or wired printers to: My HP envy 5530 is showing as offline, status not connected, but it is connected, the wireless light is on and steady, i have googled and done a few things, none having worked, this printer was previously set as default printer but for some reason it was not yesterday, i set it back as default printer, got a message popping up saying something like windows will no longer moniter the printer if i set this as default, dont know what that was about, i have printed a HP network configuration page which has network status as ready, i found another suggestion saying to go to printer properties and ports, but when i tried to follow rest of instructions i get this message : an error occured during port configuration this operation is not supported, i tried windows troubleshooter which says : turn on the printer HP envy 5530 (network) the printer needs to be turned on in order to print, IT IS ON, also done a network diagnostics test which says connection status in green, and no issues with connection, i did a system restore to 4 days ago because printer worked fine then and has done until now, that has not worked either, i need my printer but dont know what else to do, it has always been perfectly fine until yesterday, last time i printed was about 4 days ago and it was fine, any help and suggestion appreciated
